Welcome to Sutton Estate Bicycle Hire in the Hunter Valley. Come and see the Hunter Valley by motor assisted bike and you will be amazed how easy they are to ride and make your experience so enjoyable. Peddle if you like, or don't peddle up those hill if you don't feel like it. A great fitness experience especially for corporate events/ families or large groups. Visit the many wineries in motorised style and enjoy the wind in your hair and experience your tour at you own pace.

We are located on the Around Hermitage Food and Wine Trail which includes Deasys Road to Hermitage Road and the surrounds which has a bike lane, their are many Wineries, Restaurants and Activities to enjoy! 

 

Glenn Sutton or Phillippa Sutton will give you an induction and training when you arrive. We go through the features of the bikes and how to operate. We require a waiver signed, bike inspection completed and helmet fitting before you get to ride. Payment required before you leave the property.

We will go through the local area map and suggested places to visit depending on your needs and likings. We offer on road servicing (the phone number is on the basket) and also a map to guide you through your day.

Sutton Estate hire in the Hunter Valley is the best way to experience the serenity of the beautiful winery views, to experience some of the best wineries and the best produce by motorised bike will make your trip very memorable. With the fresh air, the beautiful vines, amazing restaurants, delectable food including chocolate and cheese's, and fabulous scenery, its an experience that's highly recommended on your trip to the Hunter Valley. We have extensive knowledge of the Hunter Valley and we look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you.

FULL DAY HIRE (10am to 4.30pm) - $85

HALF DAY HIRE (4 Hours) - $75
Includes roadside assistance, map and wine pick up (only available from Sutton Estate)

 

HOTEL HIRE - $85 FULL DAY, $70 HALF DAY

Available from our preferred recommended hotels.

TWO HOUR HIRE (2 Hours) - $60

Available from Leisure Inn and Cypress Lakes. (no wine pick up)
 

Wine Tasting fees not included. 
 

Payment options - Direct deposit, Credit Card/ Debit Card or Cash accepted on the day of hire prior to the bikes leaving the property.

All bikes to be returned before  5 pm in Summer, and 4pm in Winter and no overnight bookings.

Please phone if you have any problems on the day and includes road side assistance for any flat tyres or breakdowns.

We also cater for large groups up to 25 people or corporate groups

Refreshments available and Picnic/ Cheese hampers can be provided with prior booking

In case of bad weather or people unable to ride the bikes, we do offer guests the alternative day arrangements or we can offer wine tours, so please ask. 

We specialise in wine tours on electric bikes. Sorry no kids bikes available. Ages 14+We require people to be over 5 foot 1 inch to ride our bikes.

Bikes can be booked directly through our web site or directly with the hotel, and they will give you a map and helmet. 

 

You will be given directions on the operation of the bikes. 

 

This is the best way to tour the Hunter Valley, in your own time and enjoying the scenery!
